The blogs are a great resource and downloaded Periscope (definite learning curve there) ! Taking interacting to a whole new level. All the links have some valuable insight – even though I have no idea how a single property would integrate many of the services. Still good to know. I think the concept of accessing the platforms and interacting one on one within the “eco system” is a huge benefit to everyone in the industry.
